If for any reason you won’t be able to attend a scheduled class, it is your duty to cancel the booking request as soon as possible. The student will be notified via email and on their dashboard that the lesson has been cancelled.
Click the Bookings tab on your dashboard.
Select the booking you need to cancel.
Click Cancel Booking at the bottom right of the tile.
Provide a reason for cancelling the booking. This will be sent to the student then Send.
