Ines started her yoga practice in 2009 and she fell in love with it from the start. She decided she wanted keep walking the yoga path and share it with others. She did her first 200 hours teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga with SchoolYoga Institute in 2010 and then decided to come back for the 500 hours with the same school that same year. Since then she has been teaching individual and group classes in her home country and in New Zealand. In 2014 she did a Prenatal yoga training with Auckland Yoga Academy. Ines has a dedicated daily practice and continues to grow in the yoga path. Her passion is sharing yoga with others so that they too can get the bliss of strengthening and relaxing their body and mind while connecting with their breath as a powerful source of staying present in the moment.
